Now do it again two more times for a total of 3 sets!! Yeah, don't worry - I felt like my arms were going to give out when I was doing the plyometric pushups and the dumbbell iron cross.

3. Can you clarify something for me: do you do one set of everything (so, 20 weighted crunches, 20 V-ups, 13 burpees...) and then repeat that whole cycle 3x? Or do you do 3x of weighted crunches, then move on to V-ups, then burpees... and then start over? (so you end up doing 9 sets of each move)
You do one set of everything - without any significant pauses in between the sets - and then repeat the whole cycle for a total of 3 cycles. In between each cycle, it's suggested that you rest/hydrate for 1-2 minutes. It's surprising how fast those minutes go by!
